About Melissa Blazejak

I graduated Eastern Connecticut State University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Science. My major concentration was Communication and I minored in Digital Art and Design. Before entering this program, I worked as a graphic artist for Anthem Sports, LLC in Pawcatuck, Connecticut. I was responsible for updating web content and producing the quarterly sales catalog.

I am currently employed as a web content editor for Business and Legal Resources, in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. I am responsible for updating web content as well as editing articles that pertain to Human Resources. This program has helped me obtain this job because it refreshed my skills as a writer and editor.

While in this program, I worked as a substitute teacher for Norwich Public Schools. I thoroughly enjoyed substitute teaching and I hope to, one day, go back! My major goal in life is to become certified in ESL instruction and teach English language learners in the elementary school system.
